Description & Services
Information Comprehensive fitness classes with cardio, weights, core training and stretch. Stability balls, mats and a variety of weights (from 2 - 25 lbs.) are available. Modifications for all levels given. Join us for fun, fitness and friendship - and results! 
 
Cost: 
$5/class, $3.00/class for students. Just pay as you go. Drop in anytime!
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up
Hours Mon, 8:00pm - 9:00pm  
Wed & Thu, 6:30-7:30PM
