|Information||A free 6 week program for adults to prevent chronic health conditions. Classes are interactive, delivered by Health Care professionals and include topics such as healthy food, stress reduction, exercise and active living, medication management, communication and social interaction. This program is for those able to participate in conversations, gentle exercises and learning activities and be ready to make changes to their health!
Programs will be available in Wolfville (EKM), Berwick (Berwick School), Middleton (TBA) and Annapolis Royal (TBA) in the spring and fall of each year.

|Eligibility||This program will be of interest to you if you are at risk of developing a chronic condition or have high cholesterol/high blood pressure; are underweight or overweight; are sleeping or eating poorly; experience stress & worry, social isolation or loneliness; participate in risky substance use; have pre-diabetes, limited physical activity or have been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver.|
