|Information||Senior's fitness classes are being held five times a week at the Annapolis Living and Learning Institute (see times noted below).
All classes are $5, and subject to the instructor's availability.
If you have never exercised before, or you have some health or flexibility challenges, this program may be for you!
This program is specifically tailored for the needs of a small group.
The one-hour program is designed to take you through a full range of comfortable, very low-impact exercises to increase your flexibility and strength gradually.
For this program you will need: 1 to 2 pound weights, 1 theraband (lowest "weight"), comfortable clothing and running shoes, and a personal floor mat.
