Information  
 
The Aylesford Lake Triathlon is hosting a Sprint and and Olympic distance triathlon as well as offering team and aqua/bike option (Olympic distance only).  
 
This is a beautiful site with a clear lake swim, a challenging ride including part of Fox Mountain and a smooth run on the North River Road.  
 
THE MAIN ACCESS ROAD WILL BE CLOSED AS PART OF THE RACE COURSE AT 8AM TO REOPEN AFTER THE EVENT.  
 
With such a great location and all of the positive feedback we have an incredible event headed your way this year!
