Description & Services
Information Orienteering is a family of sports which requires navigational skills using a map and compass to navigate from point to point in diverse and usually unfamiliar terrain, and normally moving at speed. Many who participate do so in small groups of friends or family. The Orienteering motto is "All are Welcome".

The Annapolis Valley Orienteering Club covers the Annapolis Valley, from Windsor to Yarmouth.

Please contact Jim Blanchard for information on club activities.
Eligibility At present we have created orienteering maps of Acadia University, Centreville Park, Lumsden Dam, Lockhart Ryan Park, Haliburton House and Bigelow Trails in Canning.
