Description & Services
The Annapolis Valley First Nation Health Centre is made up of a Community Health Nurse, NADACA prevention Counselor, Community Based Water Monitor and a Receptionist. 
The Health Center has many resources available to our band members, including:  
- Information pamphlets 
- Weight control programs  
- Foot Clinics (monthly)  
- Dental Hygienist (2 days/month) 
- Children’s Oral Health Initiative Program 
- Prenatal programs 
- Parenting workshops 
- Flu Clinics (yearly) 
Throughout the year there are additional programs such as Massage Therapy, Physical Activity Programs, Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Injury/Illness prevention, Health and Wellness Promoting, etc.
Eligibility For band members of Annapolis Valley First Nation.
Hours Mon - Thu, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Dates Closed on all holidays including Aboriginal holidays.
