| Information |  Flying Apron Cookery School Classes We offer a variety of classes in our beautiful new cooking school kitchen. Classes are taught by our Chef, Chris Velden. Chef Chris has been cooking and teaching for more than 35 years across Canada, the United States and in his home country of Germany. As a Certified European Master Chef and Culinary Instructor, his expert qualifications match his passion for teaching. Chris loves to provide culinary education to the food-inspired public at our Flying Apron Cookery School. Events We host community events, cooking classes, farm to table dinners, and private events. Inn Where Rural Nova Scotia Meets the Bay of Fundy Package rates, group rates and special event pricing are available. We also offer accommodation packages including meals, cooking school classes and other unique culinary experiences. Our property is the perfect location for a private getaway or group retreat.
