Volunteer Opportunity We are looking for a few committed volunteers to support this initiative. Our focus in the short term is support for the kids program, but in time there will be other ways to get involved. Get in touch if you can commit to at least 4 sessions in the year.

Information Flying Squirrel Adventures is a new, free outdoor program for young and old in the heart of the Valley. We know that nature is always teaching; Flying Squirrel Adventures helps facilitate the learning about nature IN nature by bringing people together to share, explore and grow.  We will help people connect with nature through games, activities, challenges, discussions, presentations, workshops and more!
Eligibility We offer two streams of programming: children and adults  
All welcome!!
Hours 10 am - 12:15 pm (please arrive to be ready to getting going at 10 am - the groups will wander) 
 
Meet at parting lot behind the Research Station (top of hill)
Dates Every third Saturday of the month, year round, rain or shine
Accessibility This is an outdoor, active event through a wooded area with sometimes rough, uneven and steep trails.
