Information Join expert runner Tyler Baker for this excellent Learn to Run program for all ages 
This program is a gradual one, combining walking and running. The program starts off the first week running one minute and walking two minutes and then repeats, gradually increasing the running durations, working up to being able to run 5k. Participants run at a pace that is comfortable for them. It is a proven program and really is suitable for just about anyone. 
Location: Meet at Rotary Park Pavilion 
Age: Grade 6 age to adult 
Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 3pm 
Start date: June 2nd, 2019 
Duration: Graduation run is during our Heart Run on August 10th. 
Cost: FREE!! (free will offering for local interests)
