| Information |  The adult Karate program teaches traditional Uechi-Ryu Karate combined with Kickboxing and boxing techniques. Out of all the traditional Karate styles we believe Uechi-Ryu is the most realistic and useful in real life situations. Each week there is a good mix of Karate basics and sparring. Classes are held three times a week. The adult program welcomes students aged 13 and up of all fitness levels and abilities. One month membership …….. $75.00 Three month membership …..$195.00 For all classes if there are two people from the same family there will be a 10% discount, three members a 15% discount. * All fees include HST.
